Lodging

Wildflowers Hideaway

Three bedroom mobile home in Holiday TravLPark. Bedrooms include 2 queen beds and one full size bed., sofa pull out. Washer and Dryer in the unit, TVs in the bedrooms, internet and basic cable included. The trailer has a large deck in the front and a big back yard, pet friendly. The park has a pool, laundry facilities, and community bathrooms. It’s a quiet community across the street from Lake Amistad. Quick access to boat ramps. Spacious boat parking.

Pendleton Place

Enjoy your stay in this retro ranch retreat! The park is peaceful, the neighbors are friendly and the home is close to the lake. You’ll be 10 minutes from town and 5 minutes to the boat ramp! Plenty of space to park and fishermen have an enclosed boat garage. There’s patio furniture in the front and in the backyard. The Master suite has a king, second guest room has a king, third guest room has a queen and bonus room right off the back patio has 2 twins. Two full bathrooms. Laundry room.

Policies

Surf Boat Policy:

• Please, do not bring on board chips and crackers or colored snacks and drinks that will stain the boat.
• Alcohol is welcome on board for adults 21 and older.
• No smoking allowed.
• You will be asked to remove your shoes to board the boat, and shoes will be stored on the boat during the trip.
  

Cancellation Policy:

• If you cancel more than 3 weeks prior to the booking, you will be issued a full refund. After those 3 weeks, there will not be any refunds – we do not offer refunds in the event of cancellation due to weather.
  
• Please arrive 15-20 minutes early to get unloaded and sign a few waivers.
• We will give you specifics on where we will launch the boat prior to the trip.
• Dogs are not allowed.

Inclement Weather Policy:

• If there is a storm (thunder/lightning/heavy rain), then we will cancel for safety precautions and reschedule for a future date within the same summer.
• We do not offer refunds in the event of cancellation due to weather, only reschedules for any available time within the same summer.
• We do not cancel trips the day before for potential bad weather, we wait until the morning of or up to 3 hours before the trip to make any final determinations.
• We do not cancel trips for overcast conditions or spotty light rain. If there is a storm (thunder/lightning/heavy rain), then we will cancel for safety precautions and reschedule for a future date within the same summer.
• Our management will make clients aware if rescheduling is necessary on the evening prior to a scheduled trip, or up to 3 hours before the trip depending on the weather conditions.
• If a storm begins during your trip we will refund the portion of the trip that was canceled.
